Please see below a link to information that AWRA has received from the developers, that is due to be delivered to the homes that adjoin the arena and hotel site later this week. It contains an update on the works over the coming months. Activity has been relatively quiet on site recently but we are advised that work will start to ramp up from tomorrow, 24 June.
Please note that the temporary roads closures will start on the 1st of July with Hemingway Road and Schooner Way closed from the 2nd. A mail shot advising residents across Atlantic Wharf of this will be sent later this week.
AWRA understands that signage will be in place to advise drivers that access to Schooner Way is via the junction with Tyndall Street only.
